Nataraja is a symbol of the Tandava dance of Lord Shiva. This dance of Nataraja is the director of the five great actions of the world - creation, condition, catastrophe, invisible, contained and grace. The name of the asana on this dance posture of Lord Shiva is Natrajasan.

Procedure:- For this, stand upright on the left leg.
इसके लिए बाएं पैर के बल सीधे खड़े हो जाएं।

Holding the right leg with the knee bent, bending it backwards.
दाहिने पैर को घुटने से मोड़कर, पीछे की ओर झुकाकर।

Then move backwards and lift it as high as possible.
फिर पीछे की ओर ले जाएं और इसे जितना हो सके ऊपर उठाएं।

During this, keep the left hand facing forward, keep it in Gyan Mudra and fix your vision at any point.
इस दौरान बाएं हाथ को आगे की ओर रखें, ज्ञान मुद्रा में रखें और किसी भी बिंदु पर अपनी दृष्टि को स्थिर करें।

Practice Natrajasan for 1 to 3 minutes.
