There are many benefits of Shashankasana, this asana improves the blood supply to the head. It nourishes the eyes and mind, it also helps in removing fatigue. Process:- Sit in Vajrasana.
वज्रासन में बैठ जाएं।
Taking a deep breath, raise both the hands with the palms facing forward.
गहरी सांस लेते हुए हथेलियों को आगे की तरफ रखते हुए दोनों हाथों को ऊपर उठाएं।
While exhaling, bring both the hands down and rest the palms on the floor.
सांस छोड़ते हुए दोनों हाथों को नीचे लाएं और हथेलियों को नीचे फर्श पर टिका दें।
Keep in mind that both the arms should remain comfortably on the floor without any tension.
