Procedure:- Stand in Tadasana position and keep a difference of two feet in both feet.
ताड़ासन की स्थिति में खड़े हो जाएं और दोनों पैरों में दो फीट का अंतर रखें।

दोनों हाथों की अंगुलियों को मिलाकर सिर के ऊपर मोड़ें टखनों को जमीन पर रखें, कमर को धीरे-धीरे दाईं ओर झुकाएं, जितना हो सके रुकें।

नहीं रुकने की स्थिति में धीरे-धीरे वापस आ जाएं और दूसरी तरफ से भी यही प्रक्रिया दोहराएं।
