Pashinee mudra process and benefits

Process:- For this pose, first of all, lie down on the ground on your back.
इस मुद्रा के लिए सबसे पहले पीठ के बल जमीन पर लेट जाएं।

Raise both legs, buttocks and torso.
दोनों पैर, नितंब और धड़ को ऊपर उठाएं।

Bring the feet behind the head and rest them on the ground.
पैरों को सिर के पीछे लाकर जमीन पर टिका दें।

Bend the knees and touch the thighs with the chest with the help of hands.
घुटनों को मोड़कर जांघों को हाथों के सहारे छाती से स्पर्श करवाएं।

Keep breathing from the stomach, after some time slowly open your legs.
पेट से सांस लेते रहें कुछ देर बाद धीरे-धीरे अपने पैरों को खोल लें।

Come back to the previous position and rest for some time in Shavasana.
पूर्व स्थिति में वापस आएं और शवासन में कुछ देर विश्राम करें।

Important:-  It helps to stretch the spinal column and increases the flexibility of the spinal muscles.

Pashinee Mudra calms the nerves and activates the nervous system. By regenerating the nerves it helps to get rid of subconscious fear.

The Pashinee Mudra stimulates the five chakras starting from the Muladhara Chakra to the Throat Vishuddha Chakra. Thus, provides many health benefits.
