Process:- Before doing the Shirshasana, do 'Dynamic Dolphin' 15 to 30 times, then rest for 1 minute in Balasan and Shavasana.
शीर्षासन को करने से पहले 'डायनेमिक डॉल्फ़िन' 15 से 30 बार करें, फिर 1 मिनट बालासन और शवासन में आराम करें।

After this, sit in Vajrasana with the fingers of both hands interlocked,

अपने सिर के ऊपरी हिस्से को दोनों हाथों में रखें, अपने पैरों को सीधा करके सिर के करीब लाएं,

then before jerking, lift one leg up and balance the other leg, move up too.
फिर झटके से पहले एक पैर को ऊपर उठाएं और दूसरे पैर को संतुलित करें और ऊपर भी बढ़ें।

Keep both the legs straight and remain steady on the head.
दोनों पैरों को सीधा रखें और सिर के बल स्थिर रहें।


Important:- Shirshasana should be avoided in the case of a neck injury, severe headache, during menstruation avoid this.

In the beginning, practice it with the help of a wall or a person, later do it yourself.

People who are suffering from high B.P. problems, heart problems, brain injury, conjunctivitis, glaucoma, hernia, obesity, and hypertension are strictly advised not to perform shirshasana.

Do not hold your breath while doing a Shirshasana.

Apart from this, patients with inner ear problems, neck and spine problems, and osteoporosis patients should also stay away from Shirshasana.
