Hanumanasan or front split yoga and benefits हनुमानासन योग और लाभ
This is an advanced pose in Yoga which has its legend from Ramayana.The Hanumanasan represents the incident in which lord hanuman had taken a giant leap. In the first Hanuman had jumped from India to Srilanka to give message to sita about lord rama’s arrival and the second was to protect lakshman when he was fatally injured ,lord hanuman had to leap to himalayas to procure the herb in order to restore Lakshman. Hanumanasan suppresses sexual disorders, it increases blood circulation around the calves and removes sexual diseases, it is also beneficial in childlessness, removal of toxins from the body and arthritis. Its practice during the first three months of pregnancy makes labor easier.
Procedure-With the help of hands, spread both the legs back and forth without jerking in such a way that the buttocks and thighs are touching the ground,
हाथों की सहायता से दोनों पैरों को बिना झटके के आगे-पीछे इस प्रकार फैलाएं कि नितंब और जांघ जमीन को छू रहे हों,
then by bringing the hands near the chest,
फिर हाथों को छाती के पास लाकर प्रणाम मुद्रा करें
make a salutation posture or join hands by moving the hands upwards.
और हाथों को ऊपर की ओर ले जाकर हाथ जोड़ लें।
After staying in this position for about 1 minute, relax by keeping both the feet slowly in front.
करीब 1 मिनट तक इसी पोजीशन में रहने के बाद दोनों पैरों को धीरे-धीरे सामने रखते हुए रिलैक्स करें।
After a few moments, do the same process again by changing the legs.
कुछ देर बाद पैरों को बदलकर फिर से यही प्रक्रिया करें।
